    This content is so succinct and insightful. Geoff's a master communicator and distiller of personal experience and learned science to back it up. Thanks for sharing, Geoff!

    THIS. I have decided that my top priority this year is to fix my hip/sciatica pain and you have motivated me to set that goal. I love training when kettlebells and have done so for 1 year and a half. But as a 37-year old, I don’t want to risk getting really injured and now resort to body weight exercises that do not trigger my pain.

    What is more sustainable and not so fast way of getting stronger?

    Hey Geoff, when you mentioned Point #3, it made me recognize that I may have to change my training method after I finish up Kettlebell Maximorum in order to reach my fat loss goals. Your programs have been wonderful for building strength and muscle with the use of kettlebells. I can confidently say I am currently the strongest and most muscular that I have ever been in my life right now. However, my body was always at its leanest whenever I would follow a Cardio-intensive program (yes the dreaded "C" word), so I will probably go back to following one of those to rid myself of excess body fat. I guess that's just the way my body is wired. I will be back on the kettlebells after that though, because I highly value developing and maintaining a strong posterior chain as I enter my 40's and beyond.

      @ME-qc1xc I tried combining them before and it didn't work out too well. Still trying to figure out the best way to do that for myself.
      I prefer Jump Rope as my main form of cardio to be honest. Best way I ever got myself lean out of all the exercise approaches I have tried for myself.

    Great content, as always 👍🏻
    It would be great if you shared your insights about newbies to kettlebells that are already seriously baked in. I'm almost 42, 230ish pounds, years od lifting...for the past year or so got into kettlebells. I got pairs of 18's, 24's and 32's.. I'd like to keep my size and strength (or improve it) as long as possible, some advices would be gr8...

    Thank you Geoff for all your content. I recently got back into kettlebell training and your videos have helped me, greatly. I want to take my KB training further than I have in my past. I’m encroaching on 40, and I find kettlebell training the most helpful in my career; I’m a construction plumber. I’m looking to purchase one of your training programs, I also use bodyweight training. Do you think your “Bolt On Bodyweight” program would be best for me? I looking to build on my strength, power, and of course physique.

    Which program should I buy if my priority is strength endurance and longevity?

    Hey Geoff, you mentioned in the video that you did lots of loaded crawling to get you back from broken. Do you have any programs that incorporate loaded movements in with standard Kettlebell programming ? 1 more week of KSK to do and well and truly working through the progressions in SJS.

    Hello Geoff, thanks for the informative video. A question on page 33 of the Neuro-Metabolic Contrasts” file you linked: you allude to a program that we can look to in an email. Which program was this and may we have the link for it? Thank you good sir!

    Why go to lower reps? I hate high reps. Besides, im only interested in strength.

    Thank you sir

      @SaucedOso - I'd recommend a pair of 16s to start.
