And the light went off 3 times because lack of electricity. It’s just the country is still too poor for people to prosper. I am glad you said it. Chinese people win their respect/position by working harder than others. Thus they don't need to cheat or steal to be successful. When they promise they will deliver. Of course there are exceptions and bad apples but one thing for sure you will not get rip off by the Chinese, especially when the Chinese government is involved.

They cannot even solve the racial problem in their own country. But Chinese has always been under a good relationship with Africa.
