This used to me my FAVORITE house to play in, I moved every sim I ever had into here :( the nostalgia
Do any of you guys know where can I download it? Because the website in the description its not working or has been deleted, and I can't find it on the sims website in the exchange part to download it. I have played with this house in the past and I loved it! Now I just bough a farm and I want to build the house exactly like that but I just want to make a few modifications, and I'm not great at building to recreate this model. please help!
I still play the sims 3 and its 2016 and i think its better than the sims 4!

I started playing TS4. Not much later, I downloaded TS3 and never touched TS4 ever since.

This is easily your best house in my opinion. I LOVE playing with large, country families, and this accommodates for my playing style perfectly. Admittedly I usually make my poor starter couple Sims have 5 kids so this house as it is now is a bit too small, but you included so much extra space upstairs and... Ugh, I just love it! I love this house but instead of downloading it into my game I am just making it myself. I couldn't seem to get the roof for the patio bit but I figured it out and this house as been the best house that I have ever built.
please tell me how you did the patio roof part
I am watching this in 2016 (yeas I know I am late). I loved this. As a horseback rider myself I know what a barn looks like and I think that you hit the nail right on the head. This is beautiful!

this house is AMAZING! i absolutely love it! the only thing that i don't like is when you sims are in the barn, they get a negative moodlet because their is no proper floor.
After I watched this video, I knew that I wanted it. I'm sooo excited to play in it. Thanks for making a ranch house. One of my big dreams.

That lot was absolutely sexy. I want that house when I get The Sims 3. The only problem I have is with the color of the roofs, but that can be changed easily.
I wouldn't waste my on The Sim 3 when The Sims4 is coming out this year!

Morewyn Same, my brother bought and I played it a few hours and got bored of it. I know the content is still limiting but I find it the more you save, the more loading screen loads slow.

u need knew graphics card, that happened to me and i found out i couldn't play sims on my laptop and i got a new graphic card for my desktop :)

Use moveobjects on/off to move items onto others.
If you hold down the alt key when you're moving objects, it disables the on grid placement.

Hi Curtis. First off, this is an absolutely beautiful horse ranch and I love the design. I've been looking at different simmer's designs trying to find one to use cuz I've tried and failed many times at building one myself. I was wondering if u would be willing to consider another build like this with a smaller size. I've seen so many people make HUGE ones and I'm interested in what it would look like scaled down a little bit. I hope you'll consider it. Thanks!
I love this house, my sims also love this house, and so do their pets. My horses run free and my dogs dig plenty of holes, while my cats just sit around doing nothing, I am also expecting a new sim into the household. YAY!
omg this house is gorgeous i dreamt of having a house just like this! but the bad thing is how long it will take to build this whole thing, but i can enjoy it afterwards.!
woah. I tried to make houses myself but it always turned out too complicated and I would totally get lost into it. But this seems pretty perfect. Barns are just wonderful, and also the exterior. I love it! Keep up the good work :D
i know you can delete lots and place an even larger lot in edit town mode. im kinda sure that you can place the lots anywhere and you could just smooth down the lot and delete some trees or something and use it. i think the largest lot you can build is 70x70, but im really not sure. i think if you want a bigger lot, then you gotta delete whatever is on an existing lot thats as big as you want it.
I sure hope so! Those would go well with college-goers! I also hope EA brings back the old military obstacle course from TS2 I heard about--my Army sims need a place to do trainup for their deployment to Al Simhara
Just got the game and the sims three pets, so I installed the house. It's amazing! Thanks Curtis, you saved me about roughly 15 hours!

Yes, even though the Sims 4 is out now and they aren't making anymore Sims 3, which i think they should but you think you could make like an old style farm? Like back in the western day. If so that would be amazing.

Bring the elephants, horses and other animals! This ranch or plantation has 10 acres of land. The three storey main house has a wraparound porch, a traditional hall and parlour layout, 2.5 baths and two flex rooms on the third floor.
