I recommend keeping your money with you until.you have like 70% of the cost for the car you want, pay and drive away in your car. You can pay the balance in installments. Or else, keep it till you have all the money. If the bond closes down, your money will be gone.
It's about maintenance rather than location!!! My Friend,, I live out of Kampala and I have driven my Corolla for 4years,, but I can bring it to the express high way and you bring yours from Kampala we see who is who! Though some of your advice is good!

Noah is not a bad car, anyone can drive it. However, it has bad fuel efficiency. If you are looking for a family car, find a car with 2.0 or 1.8 cc vvti engine. They will be good on fuel yet still serve the purpose you seek.
Wrong advice,,people in towns care less about their cars since they know they have ready market...village people work hard to maintain cars coz they care much about the resale value since they always see cars as assets
