Russian Cases: Lesson 1 | Nominative Case
Вставка
- Опубліковано 26 вер 2024
- This is the first lesson in the series of lessons about the Russian Cases, and in this video I am going to tell you about the Nominative Case. You are going to learn about the four main meanings, or functions, of the Nominative Case. We are also going to look at the situations where the English language and some other languages use the Objective (Accusative) Case, and the Russian language uses the Nominative Case. You are also going to learn how to identify the Nominative Case in a sentence and what the Subject of the sentence really is. We are going to look at the noun endings in Nominative and learn about the genders of nouns, their Singular and Plural forms.

You deserve a round of applause for delivering such information about the Nominative Russian case. You are the best teacher I have come across so far.
I am in my first Russian class in college. Your videos are very clear and very helpful. Спасиьо!

Спасибо от души за ❤️❤️🌹🌹
Пожалуйста!
Awesome 👌 👏
My comment is late, but I really appreciate this video! You explain it very nicely and it helps me understand. :) Thank you for uploading.
Thank you! I'm glad I could help!
Я рад, что Вы снова начали преподавать русский язык!
Я тоже рада :)
I am from Indonesian 🇮🇩
🇮🇩🇮🇩👍
❤❤
У меня есть яблоки
У тебя сада есть цветы
Это дрова
И вот и всё.🙋🏼🙋🏼
Спасибо за ваши примеры! Предложение 2: здесь правильно будет "У тебя в саду есть цветы" ("в саду"="in the garden" - location form)
Мне нравится русский язык тоже русские люди, Боже храни Россию!
Спасибо!
This has to be the best video in general explaining Russian Language, but why does the Туалет have to be masculine rather than neuter.....😀
Haha, I'd prefer "туалет" if it's men's and "туалета" if it's women's :)
Because it end with consonant I think
I'm American I've been home schooled my entire life never studied English
can the object of the sentence be the subject in English I always thought it was the pronoun or the noun that controls the verb was the subject
(edit) that's not exactly true I studied English to learn Russian lol
You are right. The grammatical Subject is the noun or pronoun that controls the verb. Russian and English sentences may differ in terms of what the Subject and the Object is in a sentence. For example, let's take the English sentence "I am interested in psychology" (The pronoun 'I' is the Subject). The Russian translation will be "Меня интересует психология" ("Психология" is the Subject, "меня" is the Object; literally: "Psychology interests me").
1. Мне нравятся красные яблоки.
2. У меня есть чёрная машина.
Спасибо за ваши примеры!
You are beautiful and a genius.
I wouldn't agree with everything you've written, but thanks! ☺
У меня есть ещё
Что ещё у вас есть? :)
@@ARusPro у меня есть ничего, это была просто шутка
Хорошо, я поняла 😃 Но правильно будет "У меня нет ничего" 😉
I can't imagine, how the girl would describe genetive endings to english speaking audience. Or the difference between genetive and accusative. It's a blow-minded thing sometimes even for native speakers😂
💕💕💕💕❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
