Remember, folks: Trump voters are aware this is the type of stuff he supports. That is not a deterrent for them. It's part of what makes him attractive to them.
Actually there are still a fair chunk of them that do not know. That's part of the problem. You can find interviews with his hard core supporters that make it very clear they think every single thing negative about him are lies even when shown evidence of those things. Not just articles about him that can be faked but actual video footage of him speaking or acting, and yet they say it is fake and support him anyway. Do a search for Trump Supporter Interviews and see what comes up. What's worse is you can't just tell them anything no matter how strong that evidence is. You have to ask them why and ask questions about their answers without being confrontational about it. Even then you will be lucky to get them thinking honestly about their dedication to him.

Deporting 15 million people from the US would cause a MASSIVE depression. We don't have enough people to fill the vacant jobs right now, removing millions of workers isn't going to make that better. Then consider what it would take to deport those people: a police state with surveillance and warrantless searches in order to find all of those people. All because the rights' racism is more appealing to them than our economy is.

I'm not sure what you are saying. There are laws which protect valid whistleblowers. Not every malcontent is a valid whistle blower. The Republicans found and paid three such malcontents to testify before Congress and got nothing out of it. Two of them had been fired for just cause. One had been limited to low level clerical work. None of them knew anything that would reflect badly on the Biden Administration.
They put in a whistle blower policy where I used to work, and embedded in the policy was an explicit discussion of what would happen to the whistle blower if the company deemed that their actions were '"malicious".
