Evan, you are awesome! It is rare and very refreshing to find someone who is willing to share their secrets to success, essentially with people who would be their competition. It's no surprise that you are successful, and will continue to be. Shine On!
Doug Kratz I don’t think I’m better than anyone else and I only compete with myself. I am proud to give back to the industry. When I started the industry was dying. It’s now thriving.
Hi evan- I thought you don’t recommend using the airway buffs over 3500 as it says max rpm on them? Taking them over this speed is there a more risk of blowing the buff. I see a lot of your videos and other guys on here using the 6000 set rate grinder with them? 3500/6000 rpm with an airway buff is there a difference in finish or is it personal preference, I know with the whites it’s a different story but just confused about the whole idea of 6000rpm, cheers mate, “if it don’t shine it ain’t mine” ;)
It is simply a preference. Over 3500 is a risk since the buffs are not designed to hold up at that speed. I use the 6,000 because I find I can build and maintain heat much quicker and more even.
Quick question you said at one point in your video you guys started mobile out of the trunk of your car. Did you guys use battery operated grinders at the time?
Hi Thanks for your videos. Very helpful . I was at the Makita store today and they don't sell the 7021 anymore. They have 7031, 7031Y and 7050. which one should I go with?
