You know Stav was screaming at the screen when they didn’t know what Fudge Rounds were.
W comment
He was probably very upset about the 5’3 and 300lb lyric
"you should be thanking the democrats who are saving ppl from poverty by wearing kente cloth and voting in the interest of wall street, rather than the republican party which is voting in the interest of wall street and burning kente cloth" is gayly accurate and astute

I love how their conversations on current events always start off with "I don't know anything about it" and then they proceed to just stumble their way through the conversation with random assumptions. It's very cool and I like it a lot
it's Nick's modus operandi. 1. I don't know anything about it (knows everything about it). 2. I don't care about (I care about it) I am too cool to care. I am afraid to talk about Star Trek and trains because I am not a nerd, I don't know anything about games or twitch for that matter.
There's an early CT ep where Amber asks why none of them ever, ever pull out their phones to fact check anything. She just didn't get the special magic that comes from taking hardline stances without any prior research.

4:25 making the whole song from the perspective of Epstein and then hitting the line which is a straight up reference to Little Saint James is so fucking good, Nick looks back at his phone like "wait did I just make that up or is that the real song"
Hes done this Epstein bit with multiple songs in the past. Cheeseburger in paradise I definitely remember offhand.
I fucking lost it when he looked up dumbfounded here
Adams incredulous giggle cracked me up too. They were both just stunned lol
I disagree with that song because he picked Fudge Rounds over the vastly superior Oatmeal Creme Pie
Twinkies
Moonpie or die
I’m just out here thinking about cream-pieing fudge rounds, namsayin?
it's all the same cream filling, fudge rounds just have cocoa powder added. the true pièce de résistance are the nutty bars. 10 seconds in the microwave to soften the chocolate shell and warm the peanut butter.
That's because you are a 300 pounder on welfare. They HATE oatmeal pies because oatmeal is healthy
I wonder who that line about being 5 foot 3 and 300 pounds was really about...

Knowing about the Epstein reference from the beginning, watching this was such an incredible ride. Also, I’m gay.
"I'm not on social media but" then he describes in minute detail this thing that only exists on twitter
"Taxes ought not pay for your bags of fudge rounds."
This dude is basically Michael Bloomberg.
So in your mind people on welfare deserve BOTH free healthcare AND free heart attack inducing food? to fix a problem they create themselves ? Why? To milk the taxpayers to pay for it on both ends? Like where is the logic 😅
He’s fat poor Bloomberg
Smartest take
That line is a direct shot at Garfield L'Zanya
So you're okay with paying taxes so that other people can become obese at your expense? You must be a real genius.
Nick “if I wasn’t a pedophile” Mullen
the line about “minors on an island somewhere” is a criticism of politicians only being interested in minors in the way Epstein was interested in minors. Very possible I missed the joke and am on the spectrum. Also I’m gay
this is exactly it. It's a "why does no one see what I see?" song. As if powerful pedoes aren't protected by other powerful pesos or the wives of abusers or the sons and daughters and employees of abusers. Or as if those powerful bosses screwing over minors we'rent also the pesos themselves. There is no such thing as 'the media' or 'authority' if everyone up the chain just makes exceptions for themselves.
Pretty sure ur the only one in the comments who understood this. Many more severely autistic people who immediately assumed Nick was right despite it being pretty surface level
Lol for sure, as if the dude's point was "fuck those kids on that island, what about coal miners?"
I think he's claiming Epstein is a distraction from REAL people problems. It's a flop.
You're the only non autistic person here. People are deliberately missing the point of this song because they actually have a subconscious bias against working class sensibilities.
Nick's mental process of figuring out the word diagnosis was wild
It’s like a 3 minute song and neither of them could be bothered to listen to the whole thing ahead of time. Amazing.

The Epstein angle really works well. Nick is a genius uncovering the truth
honestly if it is about the "they were aboosed" angle who the hell cares? how old were the "girls" again? 16? seriously my nworld? now if it is about the international corruption and blackmale ring ran by this tiny country in the mid eastside thats the crux of the issue
TBF, its a rehash of the Jimmy Buffet Theory back from the Cum-Days, which is one of my favourite bits so imma let it slide...
The most upsetting thing is that neither of them know what a Fudge Round is🤦🏻♂️. This is coming from a 5’3 300lb guy who is also gay
Fudge Rounds are a Little Debbie brand snack treat. You can buy them individually or in a box. Gas stations only sell single items in a wrapper. I wouldn't expect Nick or Jeff to know this.
If only that full fat Greek was there.
Moments like this is when we miss Stav

Politics aside, some of the lyrics are just really clunky. Could’ve used another pass of editing, or maybe a second set of eyes.

Fudge rounds are little debbie snacks. Which all come in boxes, not bags. Someone tell Richie Rich
Boxes of bags of 2 rounds each.
pretty sure the line is supposed to evoke an image of a fat lady waddling out of a kroger with plastic bags full of little debbies. that's why they say bags.
What makes you think he is rich?
Nick didn’t know that the song was actually about Jeffery Epstein when he started the bit 😂
Nick wrote a song called "Ns north of Atlanta"
8:39 Has turning down Adam's laugh been an option this whole time?
Anthony Fantano is NOT happy
The biggest problem with this song, is that the rich men, aren't from Richmond, they are the punching bag for your anger at the real problem. It's why there is a giant gap between upper upper middle class, and actually rich, they know they need a population of people that make too much, and will piss it away on frivolous shit to shield themselves from the anger of actually not really being wealthy.
I'm sure this makes sense in your brain.
He's talking about politicians....Washington DC is directly north of Richmond Virginia.
This show need to be a daily show, im getting a world news tonight vibe with Peter Jennings
Unfortunately this guy came out as liking diversity so he's done. He's double canceled. He's still rich from something he did in his backyard though so it works.
I think “…and not just minors on an island somewhere.” Only works as a moderate humdinger if Nick stares callously into Adam every time after saying it.
Wow the epstein song gets a bunch of irrational hate from the media....I wonder why?
