Very clear guidance which you have delivered in the video. Really no videos are available in Tamil for doing PhD in abroad. Next time can you put a video for how to choose a topic and proposal writing. Because I have people from BPL categories do not have an idea how start and what they will do in the 3-5 years of their PhD course..

@@aanaaani695 Yes it is possible. You can use apps like WISE to send money, there is no tax but there will be transaction charges. For each transaction they might charge 5-7 pounds.
