    These guys are great. hardworking and dedicated. Program seems very modern and appears to have roots in some of the Old East bloc stuff. Why was Nebraska so much more "physical" in the 90's and before.

      I heard rumors that they didn't do lifts from off the ground like cleans and such...

      There is ample evidence that Nebraska
      was one of the bigger (and i mean that in
      many ways) "Roid" schools there ever was from what i understand was a prolonged period.

    All good lifting has Russian roots ...going back to the 50s ...including plyometrics ....and the importance of flexibility and agility ...

    they seem slow...and weak....such a nice facility but getting dominated physically right now...WHAT IS UP with that?

      Seems to be going around the past few years. Some programs just aren't what they used to be. I'm a Miami fan and they're not even close to being the Miami of old. Getting beat by Boston College and Duke!
