simple! first we stumble upon vinx mana's video recording of their playthrough of this scratchin' melodii demo song. we become hypnotized, infatuated even, by the way they conduct themselves freestyling and supporting the bar. grab the video and cut the audio whenever said freestyle gameplay appear. but what??? turns out the vinx's gameplay audio was in mono style this whole time, while the official instrumental is in stereo; meaning the gameplay audio suddenly cutting in at random intervals would feel thin, unnatural, and jarring when contrasted with the wide bifocal auditory experience of the official instrumental. a lot of brainstorming was conducted on how to mitigate any sort of unpleasantness - from turning everything to mono to central channel extraction to just plain "scratching" it off the list because of the amount of work it might have taken to make this dream work. but there are truly some dedicated, hearty workers out there that are determined to make the best audio experience for the listener... some genius made the best of all worlds - stirred and mixed the cut mono gameplay audio with a mono-ified version of the official instrumental so it sounds natural, in both alignment and continuity. then they laid the official instrumental on top and widened it to create that engaging stereo effect! you know, all heroes do not wear capes. i wonder how that genius is faring now....
