When I saw the thumbnail for this video, I was viewing it via my phone. I didn’t realize that it was a sword that he was holding. I thought he was just really, really happy to see her. I like it a lot better now that I see that it’s a sword. Well done.

Hmmm... It's doable enough... I think the artist just wanted to show off their new toy - to which I can relate.
I think a pack of playing cards (maybe two to three glued together for the thickness - or your own fronts and backs on heavy paper, also several thicknesses glued. The King could be made the same way as in the video (though I'd use an air dry clay - polymer clay won't cure with a lighter), or sculpted full out.
Outstanding; unbelievable performance and amazing idea. Moreover, where did you buy this Creality laser printer I am also desirous to purchase it, please.
