Blew 50 mph for 3 days straight
Over the years we’ve found May tends to be a bit more predictable weather wise. It’s a barrier island though so weather there changes so fast. We got hit with a pretty gnarly storm our last night there. Winds were probably in the 40-45mph range

Ya I got hit with a doozy of a storm too in April. How’d the tents hold up for you?
@@Treetopflyer777 tents held up fine, awnings were put away when the storms started rolling in. It rocked me back and forth pretty good but nothing major. I had my windows open when it hit, that was my biggest problem lol
I’ve had my camper open in 55mph winds (woke up to it in the middle of the night) and didn’t have a problem other than the truck shaking violently.
