I am an owner operator that would like to get to do my own engine work, people such as yourself are really helpful and I appreciate your time and effort. All the info you provide is helpful.
Came here from tik tok to say I been following you for a couple years now your work is outstanding and the knowledge you share is just the same. I'm not longer a mechanic but I still enjoy all of the information.
Absolutely appreciate what you do!!! I was planning on putting a cat in my 2021 w900 but the funds aren’t there so I’m rebuilding the x15 and knowing my best parts is so important
The part with some hack work to get people going again is something I think a lot of people don't understand these days. Sometimes you have to do it right, sometimes you just have to make the damn thing work again
Excellent video and very interesting results. Hopefully when you’re all done IPD (and maybe other brands) could have someone from their company do a video with you explaining why they have their sizes the way they do assuming it’s on purpose.
Awesome videos so much to learn. We do all our own rebuilds. I want to try and balance my next build so I’ve got a lot of questions Definitely curious about the ring gap. Great videos thank you for what your doing
OEM when possible. Then you start the decision tree. Availability, price, quality, time. Time is over looked... When a non OEM component causes problems it becomes a line item under time.
@@ratrod3598 ooooooooo!!!! I don’t know how to use UA-cam yet That’s a good question! If I can’t figure out how to reply to your comment on here, I will make a video on TikTok for you bro. I have a ring grinder that I will show you.

Thank you for making these videos. It is great to see just how well some of these after-market and oem companies are with their part's.

Thank you for coming to UA-cam. Now I can watch you on my big screen TV .Are you exclusively CAT engines or do you play with other brands?
@@adamgarth3604 we do mainly Cat, Cummins, and Detroit.
I hope to see a Cummins build one day, especially on an old N14.
I really enjoy your content. Keep up the great work.
@@adamgarth3604 I’ll be balancing an ISX next week. And I’m doing an NTC855 right now.
