it’s crazy to see someone (outside of portugal) actually reading The Maias! The pronunciation was pretty much perfect! although the S sound at the end is more harsh like if it was a Shh sound :) I LOVED watching this video! Super motivating and entertaining and it made me want to go back to uni 😭
It's SUCH a good novel - I can't believe it's not on more reading lists here in the US! I'm really loving it, and I'm looking forward to what's going to happen next (I just read the part where Carlos heads to Sintra to look for "her"). And thank you so much!!
