    Another GENIUS trick to get technique right!!!! Thank you so much! I knew I wasn’t doing it properly most of the time but I will work with these two bands for a bit to get the movement finally right now! Will tackle weights with more confidence afterwards.

    Tim, in your experience, can physio help someone fully recover from medial plica syndrome, or do the majority of cases require an arthroscope?

      Everyone is different I am afraid. But always exhaust the conservative route first
