Ducksyde is definitely NOT A-tier. He got nerfed so bad that since 12 september now he is useless I'd call him a C-tier.
Great video but I disagree duckysyde should be a tier hero he's a great offence hero and his abilities are pretty good for offense aswell duckysyde is best paired with the bar 95 he's a great sniper hero
I feel like Freddie is placed too low. His Ult and Tac is insane for their teleportation.
You can leave a clone somewhere just before rushing a team, which automatically switches places when your health reaches zero. Essentially, you get a second life.
The Tactical is also great because it can counter Watchman's turret bot. This can save you big time. It also scans the enemies when the clone is destroyed, so it is a movement, diversion, getaway, and scan ability in one.
At least A-Tier as a legend, but I can see where you're coming from. He requires some planning ahead and strategy to use, something dependent on the player (which affects how useful abilities can be).

Freddie is way higher . You ahould know how to use him. Its the most complex and strategic hero and prob the best. But.... You should have great aim.
Freddie demands skill not using him like a rush hero.
Freddie is S for Proff and A for normal/newbie.
Beau is the same case except he is easy to learn.
The worst is Lucinda . I can't confront her. She is OP but I don't know how to use her effectively.
Its hard to play thr game when mid game you get a lage spike mid fight ... Dont know why they cant devs dosnt fix it . like , look at bloodstrike how it runs so smoothly like butter .. night and day difference.
