So before travel baseball how did any 10 year old get through life? How did they “overcome adversity” when they got to High School? These kids are 10 … come on man.
its more about what is your end goal? the .05% of players that will play an inning in MLB don’t need it. the 95% of kids that play travel ball are kids that are in the DII, DIII, , Ivy Leavye, JUCO levels where sooooooo many could walk-on to any number of programs since there is less and less athletic money at those and it becomes more and more about academic performance. you dont necessarily need a travel ball organization to lead you down that path. travel baseball really works for the kids that are lower level DI talent that will sit for two to three years or go to a DII school and start right away as a freshman. its such a tiny group of kids that actually fall into that type of group.
Oh brother, give me a break. Who rates the raters? I watched this whole mess develop and see scouting reports from these guys and then i see the players. Big mis- match
I wish they verified age at the 90' age groups and punished the players by keeping the wrong age in the system forever so hs and college coaches know their character and the character of their parents.
Pretending adding 3 or 4 studs last minute isnt a clear advantage is a clowny take at minimum and a blatant lie at worst
"I want to come back and win that ****** thing." Wow. No words.
We need new episodes

We play Top Gun10u In North Carolina (Triangle Area) and its very similar. Great conversion to listen to as travel ball coach and parent
Let kids be kids. Structured sports is not the answer.
Every kid is different. No one is forcing you to put your kids into it, so don't bag on parents who don't do it your way!
My kid loves playing structured sports. It is his favorite thing to do with his friends.
We need an interview with @mpthreebaseball about travel baseball.
Mr Harper you say “Some of these kids might not make it to the show”? How about 99% won’t make it to the show. Nonsensical take.
no audio? I can't hear anything
must have been user error it's working now

Kids maybe watching, so why the bad language?
