To be fair, Batman's reason for not killing isn't that he wouldn't, its that he knows he has so much rage that if he starts to kill criminals, then he wouldn't stop.
@@dizzylilthing in several versions of the red hood origin comics, and in one of the red hood movies specifically, Tim asks why Bruce never killed the Joker, why he never sopped him from doing those things to people (like him). Bruce/Batman's answer is always some variation on "I have thought of it, dreamed of it, but if i ever did it, I know I would never come back from going over that edge"
I think itd make more sense if batman had the no kill rule to kinda hide the fact that he cant actually kill anybody. Like he just is so good at fighting except the killing parts
(Batman raises the mugger in the air by his shirt with one hand. His other hand becomes flat and rigid) Batman: Hand blade of death! (Batman drives his flattened hand into the mugger’s collarbone) Mugger: Ow! Hey man, that sort of hurt. Batman: …your heart didn’t explode? Mugger: …no? Gordon: Batman, thank goodness! You caught the criminal and kept him alive! Batman: Yes. That is… uh… that’s a line I’ll never cross. Mugger: I thought you wanted my heart- (Batman headbutts the mugger unconscious) Batman: I will never do a murder. For ethics.
to be fair, the joker is far from the only rogue who has a kill count in the triple digits. so if batman killed the joker he'd kinda have no excuse for not killing all those other rogues and that'd feel kinda like a slippery slope type situation
I feel like “I won’t kill anyone ever” was like, I different kind of slippery slope that led to Batman having repeated confrontations with multiple villains with triple digit kill counts and still refusing to kill any of them. That is its own kind of bad slippery slope I think.

I am in love with the way Griffin yells “FuckING!! GET HIM!!!”

Ooh, you mind giving me a citation? I like to collect reasons to dunk on the stinker man.

@@seleternal3442 I'll say the same thing to bat"man" that I said to Rodney Dangerfield. "I don't respect you!"
That was such an aggressive opening and I'd like an apology video with tears
Batman won't kill the Joker because then he won't have a job
stay woke

Lmao Justin being the responsible older brother "How bout Audible?"
batman doesnt kill the joker bc they are gay married
The homophobes warned us this would happen...
I’ve never agreed with something more. At this point batman is just as responsible for Jokers crimes as Joker is.
Exactly, Batman is being an enabler to his gay lover. 😂 Also why can’t the DA just execute him like real quick
