Arduino Basics: Reading Multiple Rotary Encoders

*I noticed in the circuit drawing after publishing that I forgot to connect the ground plane of the breadboard to a ground pin on the Arduino. This has been updated on the patreon page download.
In this video we discuss a few different methods of reading multiple rotary encoders reliably. My voice is a little raspy since one of my clients gifted me some crud, but I wanted to get this out, so apologies.
