@@SunBox74 That's funny how the box art is from Kirby 64 and I can go play Kirby 64 right now and hear this song. Maybe what you MEANT to say was it's based on a song from Dreamland 3, but every song has been based off an old one since the Kirby series started so wonderful observation, Sherlock.
i wsih they would make Dream Land 4 or Dream Land 5. And Make Zero 3 plus tie together Kirby and Void Termina and Dark Matter and Gooey as origin of each other.
@@PKSkyler You could say this one is Dream Land 4, and RtDL/Wii is Dream Land 5, you could even extend it to 6 and 7 being the 3DS titles but thats a little too much, personally 3DS onwards its the return to the formula in a good way
I was trying so hard to find this song. My bf played this game recently and I was like “What’s the Kirby song that sounds like Green Greens but isn’t???????” And he had no idea what I meant
This level was so much fun! I used to play it over and over. They should have a real waterslide that plays this music, like Splash Mountain only with Kirby!
I garuntee, once the Knight battle happens in a future deltarune chapter and it inevitably uses Nightmare Knight, everyone is gonna come back to this video
true, but im not sure what makes a kirby game a dreamland game 2 and 3 would tell you, its the animal friends, but the first game didnt have them. return to dreamland also didnt have them furthermore, kirby's dreamland isnt a thing in japan--its just Kirby of the Stars. Kirby's Adventure and Kirby's Dreamland 2 also both have a similar world map system.
I've always been meaning to say this, but Kirby 64 kind of reminds me of a 2 and 1/2-D version of Kirby's Dreamland 3, which was an awesome game. Yeah, there are some things that are different, but the music, the characters, the final boss. I don't know, does anybody agree with me? Oh, by the way, happy 20th birthday little guy! =)
@movinitlikedat45 yea i was just thinking the same after playing dream land 3 then this, the music is still topnotch though, also looking foward to that new kirby game
I'm especially pleased Nintendad didn't find the secret Kirby 64 stashe during the music raid. This is the good stuff.
The secret kirby music stash.
probably under different copyrights due to hal's side of business, they even put the robobot ost on spotify
@@scrunkore well that's good :)
The song actually originated from Dreamland 3

I think wa can all agree that this game is essentially the spiritual successor to dreamland 3
i wsih they would make Dream Land 4 or Dream Land 5. And Make Zero 3 plus tie together Kirby and Void Termina and Dark Matter and Gooey as origin of each other.
It's not an "spiritual" succesor, it's THE succesor
It's literally I direct sequel and It would have been called Dream Land 4 if they didn't have the whole "64 in the name" marketing going on

i really wasn't ready for dreamland 3 music in this game...
but it's oh-so-good
My favorite part was when Waddle Dee picks you up in a little boat.
Yeah it’s so cute and fun
I love when Kirby sequels references to their direct prequel.
0:59 Those violins hit different
One of the notes sounds like a leitmotif in the Toby Fox fantrack Nightmare Knight
Toby you fiend

This song is so blessed and heartwarming. And the little Waddle helps you in his boat.
Despite being so cheerful, there's something beautiful and melancholy about this one that makes me tear up. Like this game as a whole.

THUMBS UP IF YOU MISS NAGO!
Always will be my favourite animal friend
this has got to be my favorite song in the game :D
That song was a happy song!
Kirby is so adorable :3
My favorite song in the game!
Kirby 64 is basically kirby's dreamland 4 so it makes sense to remix tracks from dreamland 3

It's the remix of Grass Land 1 and 6 of Kirby's Dreamland 3. It took me a lot to know that.
i need I NEEED another dreamland game so bad dude like wow
Being a remix of grass land I from dreamland 3, this is still one of my favorite tracks of all time in any game.

It sounds like green greens at first o:
The main melody is a very slow version of green greens the background is the backing instrument of green greens incredibly fast

That's hilariously true!
64 is the sequel to Dreamland 2. The series goes: Dreamland, Dreamland 2, Dreamland 3, 64, Return to Dreamland
I think it's more of a sequel or something, but yeah I agree.
When JustPlay only pays you 5 cents for 24 mins of playing
We all have different opinions. Like, which version of this song is better? The one in Dream Land 3 or the rendition here?
