Cirtec - Recovery and reuse of cellulose from sewage

Municipal wastewater that is discharged through a sewage system to a sewage treatment works (STW) contains high quantities of suspended solids, existing for a major part of cellulose that finds its origin in the use of toilet paper. CirTec developed an innovative technology to recover this valuable resource.
