Trying to re-style a CEO , to look intimidating or authoritative, is good. Glad someone did it for you.
Though some CEOs revert back to their old habits.
Nothing to take away from Indra’s accomplishments, in one of her interviews she mentioned the huge sacrifices she made when it came to her family life. I can see she did. Only comment I have to add, in her case, she was married and had a partner who also earned. There are many women who were widowed and had to raise their kids single handedly.
As I said, I am not trivializing her sacrifices, just pointing out there are many who have a lot worse.
You don't have to sacrifice that much to be that high in the career ladder. Sacrificing much less to be with a much lower position, yet a solid career, is good, too. There's always room to improve.
