Daemons are drawn to extreme emotions, this is because like all Chaotic beings they feed off emotions and the extremes are their favorite flavor. Still I do adore the idea of an Inquisitor having designated boobytrap-people so he can lure out daemons and so his other men can drown the entity in firepower when the bait "sinks." Inquisitors tend to be an eccentric lot and so include a lot of wierdos in their retinues. Death cultusts, feral worlders, abhumans shackled by duty and wards, modified men and women implanted with 18 additional addrenal glands, gestalt clones made from the DNA of Imperial heroes, outcast magi from the Adeptus Mechanicus, hosts of combat-servitors. These are but a few of what an Inquisitor could have in his retinue, the sky's the limit as long as it contributes to the Inquisitor's mission (and matches the horrific gothic aesthetic of 40k)
Awesome model. An idea for someone who’s thinking of making their own. If you were to put the “sea mines” facing downward. They’d look like weights holding them down, while also providing a point to glue to the base. Giving them the flying look but also so if they’re imprisoned. Only allowed to float and move around. Almost as if they’re a daemonhost that is bound up
They are definitely heavily visually inspired by daemonhosts yeah, but their use is different and they arent actually demon possessed, they don't necessarily need to be heretics either it just helps.
Thanks! They aren't really meant to represent anything specific, though I was going to make some heavily spore mine/mucolid spore style homebrew rules for them tweaked to fit the vibe better, against opponents who are fine with it.

The intro into the conversation was awesome.
Demons are drawn to psychers, psychers fight back against demons constantly, but i can see one of them stopping fighting back while in huge pain
They're really cool looking lol and that's what matters tbh
Neat conversion! I liked the lore bit at the start of the vid
Glad you liked it, I think its gonna stay my way of opening videos!
I'm starting an inquisition army because of this
Awesome!
Excellent conversion, definitely subbed!
Thanks!
These psykers can be played in Necromunda.
this is MASSIVE
kino video
What an imperial transition
Imperial Transmission. Can't you read?
Getting powerful Daemonhost vibes from these. It's a shame that unit got removed from Imperial Agents.
Yeah I was inspired by a demonhost model, would love them to be back too
It's just a daemon host for inquisition

That looks really cool!
Wish I had myself a Penitent Engine kit
Awesome video, I really liked the lore intro! Just one question, what are the Odio Mortus supposed to represent in game?
