I have 2 G4500 SP in my 5x5 now. i love them being they are a single option for each side of the tent. But if i was to be able to pick a light and not have to worry about emptying my wallet i would pick the Mammoth 8 mint bar
@@mattb.8750 how do you get a question like this wrong ? Lol It’s out of these 4 fixtures he showed in the video , which one without price being a consideration lol.
For sure, honestly its the only 1 light solution I have seen that will truely "dominate" a 5x5. Spider farmer SE1000's have a great 5x5 distribution too, have gotten awesome results with 2 of those in a 5x9, bars running lengthwise along the 9ft section.
If you test Spider Farmer you couold also test Mars Hydro light, they are equaly build, but a bit lower Price. And Mars Hydro has on of the best Grow tents on the Market if you go by Price and Quality for that.
I got an HLG tomahawk 720, it's one rung below the Diablo (I think) and I'm excited to see what I can do with it. The biggest difference for me is that the Diablo needs to be about 3 feet above the canopy which takes up too much of my grow space, but the tomahawk can be much lower.
Electric sky made the best grow lights…shame they went out of business…be nice to see someone else take over there technology and start making them again…thx
Be honest I bought 2 550v2 and 2 sf4000 lights in 2019 at same time and both of the HLG 550v2 lights have several leds out already and have been for awhile.
I don’t know if this helps and I know it’s 4months late but the evo 10 pulls 10 amps. The evo 8 I would assume is around 7-9 amp range. I’m sure you could find specs on their website.
i dont get this stuff man y now add in some uvs and irs man for such an expensive light id expect nothing less ive bought samsung quantum boards from KQO in china to build my own lights and even they come with uvs and irs along with samsung leds and thier not even the expensive boards uv is needed late in flower for better terps and trichs
They do have them built in, but sometimes people want to go even further (even if it isn't needed). All of these are commercial level lights with extremely high intensity that isn't needed for most operations. You have to be really dialed in to fully utilize these lights
Take price out of the equation...which light out of these four would you choose?

Lumatek600w 2.9. No question.

GML Tarantula 5x5Tent light should have made this list !!

That can't put the tarantula against these other lights. It would embarrass the rest of the class. !!!!!!!!
Too expensive and a whole lotta marketing snake oil!!!🤔

Grand Master Level’s New tent ultimate led has world record breaker coverage. More consistent than thr diablo
No. Phillips says it is best.
@@jarmovoutilainen9118 well Phillips is wrong. Any GML Light would compete with any of these.

Grandmaster LED Borg with their new controller is the best in the world right now, no other light can even compare
@grandmasterleds will blow all of them away! But these are nice light's, but if you want the best just saying. 😎
The grand master is really the only option
Sure hope mammoth could come out with led bars for us vertical farmers going greens that lights amazing

I used to be worried about lights, now I'm rocking 3 100 watt lights in a 5x5. 2 stationary & 2 on a light mover.
ACI EVO 8 is great for 5x5 .. Evo 10 for co2 users 😎
I have bestVA 1000w led, what hight do yiu recommend? My grows so far have been very slow
Sanlight Evo you can hit more 25% more than with other lights
Why nobody does Phillips test? I know its hard to bye and expensive, but sombody need to to do it.
Far as i remember, must buy 6 and its about 6$/W

You're still under warranty...
How’s the heat on this compared to tomahawk? My black bird puts off some serious heat for a led
I never see peeps with the opticled .are they good
ac infinity is the winner there
What is the size difference between an evo 8 and 10?
They are the sime size :)
NOT FOR NOTHING BUT WHY YOU HAVENT PUT MEDIC GROW EZ-8 ON THIS LIST?
Much more economical to buy two smaller lights for the same coverage
Medic grow ez 8.
1000 watts + Samsung diodes + 5 year warranty.
$479 out the door.
Metal halide bro your better off smoking Cuban cigars
Question, whats the max amp draw on the ACI evo 8?

Nothing touching my Migro 600 so far, pffft!
All not that good, to much light in the middle range wasted thus using up more watts. Also why do you need a uv light for flowering bud?
Nice, please send me one. Thank you
