Rio is becoming a fantastic interviewer. He doesn’t interrupt the guest, asks great questions, lightens the mood by asking few funny questions. Loved this interview and also the Tuchel one.
He literally cuts over him at 7:58? He does it to almost everybody, especially on his podcast. I understand that it's his podcast but it's still bad manners. I agree that he asks some good questions and I loved his Tuchel interview as well

I’ve never listened to a manager’s interview so keenly. It feels like I’m getting a football education session. The way Guardiola sees the game is just unmatched. When I watch City play, my eyes can’t stop rolling because everyone has coordinated movement, fullbacks inside, wingers wide...it’s absolutely unreal. Hopefully we win the CL although I’ll still prefer domestic dominance. Guardiola is a once in a lifetime coach and I’m so glad he’s mine! 💙

Thank God chelsea did not get him.
Abramovich would’ve sacked him last season if he was at chelsea and had a season like city had last season.
The man city management really trust and support him. He is in the perfect place to express his ideas.
He may be managing our rival but will always respect amazing football and the people who deliver it.
Great comment
He would have been sacked after his first season performance under the Abramovich manager policy.
He wouldn't have gone to Chelsea, he knows what would happen then. He is the type of mananger that respects himself, Luis Enrique, Maximiliano Allegri, Marcelo Bielsa are the types of managers that want to lead the project because solid projects are the ones that make players good not the other way around.
Chelsea have decent players, but they have no unique footballing identity. In one season they'll be playing counterattacking football under one manager, in another, theyll be playing possession based football under another manager.. Pep knew if he went to Chelsea, they'll be very little legacy to leave behind. No disrespect intended on the club or its fans.. City, since the takeover, has been playing free flowing football and that hasn't changed under the 3 different managers. Also ex Barca officials are heading City who always support him..
