Ball handling, as simple as it sounds, is a key fundamental skill every netball player should possess. With great ball handling skills, players are able to have great catching technique and feed the ball accurately. One would also be able to be versatile in the way they release their ball to keep their opponents guessing!
In this video, our coach will take you through more ball drills that you can do to better develop your ball handling skills. We focus on fingers 100% on the ball and flicking our wrist to control the movement of the ball.
