I got the same suit but in Green and I absolutely love it, very comfortable but you are right about the cuffs of the sleeves being a bit tight, i'm considering having a seamstress put zippers on them or another alternative like having a seamstress put elastic. But over all this is like a 9/10 suit that I recommend
The muscle pattern is nice if you don't want to pay an absorbent amount. However, if you are going to be screen accurate. Nothing's wrong with the original.

That would be up to you but when I got mine, I went with the closest measurements to my body. If you are unsure of yourself, then you can go a size up
