Very helpful, I thought I was going to have to manually align!
Excelent vídeo. Thank you! What settings did you use on your camera?
I don´t remember exactly what settings I used in this video, but generally I go for low ISO (100-200), F-stop between 9-13 in P mode.
Where is part one? I searched for it. Not found.

Hello. Could you please tell me what camera and wat settings you used to get this result? Thanks in advance.
Hey. I used a Sony NEX 5R with Kitlens for this scan. I also had a better camera, but it was important to get as close as possible. So I decided to use the NEX, because of the lens minimum distance.
@@svendaennart still impressed bu your work. Can get a good work with my Nikon expensive lens, but i don’t have a macro. Very good job. Love it.
@@svendaennart Excellent work! Do you have a certain lighting and camera setup to achieve such beautiful 3D scans?
great tutorial thanks
is the the mesh merged has separated parts? it is not one mesh island, there are two parts?
I used the same software, followed along going back and forth to make sure I was doing the same thing. I got nothing to merge.
Just subbed Nice work, is the coin you generated there suitable for 3d printing?
