Range ignoring archetype limitations, convinient ammo-style skill and true AoE, that hits every target in range harder, than single-target operators. So what is missing.. I guess slowing all targets in range? I see the HG team was doing cocain during work hours again.
@@skr0gu3 Chongyue still feels like a Brawler (1-block, rather squishy, and awkward ramp) and I think his kit is arguably the best example of a 6-star (especially limited) fitting the character's "fantasy" without breaking archetype. He's a hidden dragon who can become immovable and clobber anything in his (strict) line of sight after having some time to cultivate. Even his extended range still feels Brawler-y since he doesn't get melee diagonals, and his S2 both has a unit limit and favors damage against his current duel (ie. Brawl) target. Exec seems to feel like a melee Chen2 to a lot of people, probably because Reaper's most distinctive feature is its range and he changes that range to Spreadshooter. I think there would be less fuss if the outward range had been extended instead (this would be much worse in most cases, but allow for some funny corner hijinks that would actually feel unique to Reaper). All that said -- I think it's fine for Exec specifically to have this range/style because his original unit was a Spreadshooter, similar to Specter Alter having the least interesting Doll gimmick due to a kit that's more concerned with developing Specter's identity than fitting the archetype. Exec's kit should also feel more distinctive once they make another 6-star Reaper who perhaps leans into the original identity more (similar to most people being satisfied that Mountain/Chongyue do different things).
It’s 5%, but because it’s a final damage multiplier it means during skill periods with large attack increases, like Spalter S3 or Andreana S2, it’s effectively an increase comparable to Skadi modX’s 24% atk buff

Modules should make operators stronger not fixing their issues. I personally dont like the idea of it. Good operators great with no modules, but some unplayable without them. Exec good example bof that.
I mean your lucky if your fave operators module is about fixing their issue. Majority of them are useless and just stat sticks, at this point i just see module system as an emergency firetruck when the released new operator has bad reception.

@@Storn_ I don't know mate, 300 flat def ignor made a little difference its not 30% and his problem weird ammo mechanic that working with snipers but very weird with reaper, role compression of laneholder and boss killer not working well for me.
Honestly I'm pretty disappointed in his mod, he's still so inconsistent. His double hit talent is now stronger, but the chance buff is way too small, 35% is not something you can rely upon, especially for something so strong. Keep Mr RNG away from my account lol
Its a massive upgrade from 20% and the last 3 ammos of his s3 is garanteed double hit, and he attacks 7% faster which also helps with regen, heal and damage
