Myself is facing some big problems with this e-commece platform. ये समझाने के लिए मैं आपको एक example देता हुं - Suppose आप Fabric Bag Sell करते हैं । आप अपने बहुत मेह्नत और innovative idea के साथ 3 तरह के Bag design किया और यहाँ पे List कर दिये । Bag-A Bag-B और Bag-C । मान लिजिए आप 1 लाख करके तिनो design पर 3 लाख invest किये । पहले बहुत मेहनत करते हैं, इन्हे promote करने के लिए । 6 महिने बाद आप अच्छा selling कर रहे हैं । और मान लिजिए 10 महिने बाद आपके products पर Star rating आना शुरु हो गया । Bag-A - 2 Star Bag-B - 5 Star Bag-C- 3 Star आपको इससे समझ आता है कि Bag-A और Bag-C लोगों को कम पसंद आ रहे हैं । फिर भी कोई बात नहिं Bag-B लोगों को बहुत पसंद आ रहे हें, तो आपने इसका stock बढाया और कुछ Price भि बढाया Bag-A और Bag-C कि नुक्सान को भरने के लिये । 15 महिने बाद आपका Bag-B पुरा छाया हुआ है बाज़ार मैं यहि 5 Star के वजह से । .. और यहि 5 star के वजह से Problem शुरु होता है अब । कुछ Seller ऐसे होते है (मालिक के पाले हुए) जो यहां पे सबकुछ sell करते हैं (आलु के छिल्के से लेके भालु के खाल तक) । वह यहि search करते हैं कि 5 star कौन सा है । बस वह इसे एक खरिद लेते हैं sample के लिये और Copy कर लेते हैं । वह बहुत पुंजि वाले होते हैं और उन्हे पता है कि यह चलने वाला है । तो आपने तिनो bags पर 3 लाख invest किआ, तो वो seller only Bag-B पर 30 lakh तक invest करेंगे । आप एक E-commerce पर हैं, तो ये सारे E-commerce पर मिल जाएगें । वो धमाका करेंगे, offer देगें, price drop करेंगें etc. etc. और यहिं से आपका मेह्नत से किया गया Innovative Idea चोरी हो जाता है । तब कोई सुनेगा नहिं । तो यह e-commerce buyers के लिये बहुत अच्छा है लेकिन sellers के लिए कोई अच्छा सा Customer care भी नहिं है । यह सिर्फ एक problem मैने बताया । आगे 5 और भि समस्यायें हैं ।

Suppose आप Fabric Bag Sell करते हैं । आप अपने बहुत मेह्नत और innovative idea के साथ 3 तरह के Bag design किया और यहाँ पे List कर दिये । Bag-A Bag-B और Bag-C । मान लिजिए आप 1 लाख करके तिनो design पर 3 लाख invest किये । पहले बहुत मेहनत करते हैं, इन्हे promote करने के लिए । 6 महिने बाद आप अच्छा selling कर रहे हैं । और मान लिजिए 10 महिने बाद आपके products पर Star rating आना शुरु हो गया ।
Bag-A - 2 Star
Bag-B - 5 Star
Bag-C- 3 Star
आपको इससे समझ आता है कि Bag-A और Bag-C लोगों को कम पसंद आ रहे हैं । फिर भी कोई बात नहिं Bag-B लोगों को बहुत पसंद आ रहे हें, तो आपने इसका stock बढाया और कुछ Price भि बढाया Bag-A और Bag-C कि नुक्सान को भरने के लिये । 15 महिने बाद आपका Bag-B पुरा छाया हुआ है बाज़ार मैं यहि 5 Star के वजह से । .. और यहि 5 star के वजह से Problem शुरु होता है अब ।
कुछ Seller ऐसे होते है (मालिक के पाले हुए) जो यहां पे सबकुछ sell करते हैं (आलु के छिल्के से लेके भालु के खाल तक) । वह यहि search करते हैं कि 5 star कौन सा है । बस वह इसे एक खरिद लेते हैं sample के लिये और Copy कर लेते हैं । वह बहुत पुंजि वाले होते हैं और उन्हे पता है कि यह चलने वाला है । तो आपने तिनो bags पर 3 लाख invest किआ, तो वो seller only Bag-B पर 30 lakh तक invest करेंगे । आप एक E-commerce पर हैं, तो ये सारे E-commerce पर मिल जाएगें । वो धमाका करेंगे, offer देगें, price drop करेंगें etc. etc.
और यहिं से आपका मेह्नत से किया गया Innovative Idea चोरी हो जाता है । तब कोई सुनेगा नहिं । तो यह e-commerce buyers के लिये बहुत अच्छा है लेकिन sellers के लिए कोई अच्छा सा Customer care भी नहिं है ।
यह सिर्फ एक problem मैने बताया । आगे 5 और भि समस्यायें हैं ।
