As we commemorate Marawi, one year after the siege, we look back to the bravery and sacrifice of our soldiers and the perseverance of its citizens. Within a year, we have witnessed the unity of our government and its people, Filipinos of different religions, and the world with our country to help Marawi rise once again.
We dedicate this video, Awit Sa Marawi (Song for Marawi), sung by Esang de Torres and composed by Vehnee A. Saturno, to remind us that only through working together as one nation can we effect real change. #BangonMarawi

It's so beautiful that the song was made, the army and the police even the civilians shed tears when they heard this song, many lives have been wasted in the fight for no truth just because of the bad politicians who are messing up our society
