If Talo potom has misused APUAPA law ( it shouldn't be used in such genuine case of APPSC paper selling)then why he is not being punished by law...is Talo potom is above Law... it's very shameful for Arunachal that anybody comes and sell papers, misused powers but remains unpunished...is Arunachal public/aspirant/victims are so weak or acussesd is powerful backed by High level power given by this victim public through election....time to act.. election is coming 👍
