  • In this episode we fix the toe arm on the c6 corvette as well as lower it for free on stock lowering bolts. Finally we finish buttoning up the front end.
    Over the coming weeks I will be restoring rebuilding the corvette in my driveway just using common hand tools. The point of this build is to inspire people with not much car rebuilding experience or tools (like me) to go out there and get the car that they want on a budget and rebuild it.
    Once the C6 corvette is fixed I plan to modify it here and there and post about it. If you like casual car content, auction builds, and car instructional videos feel free to subscribe to my channel. Thanks!

      @@romagrigorenko Would you mind doing a breakdown from what you paid for it to what you sold it for? Thank you.

    Why don’t you work in the garage?

    • @romagrigorenko
      @romagrigorenko  5 років тому

      couple reasons: it was full with junk leftover from remodeling my house. Ive hauled all of it out now but since its an older house, the garage is very small and a bit uncomfortable to work it. I will start doing some work in there now though once I install better lighting.

    With time the cars lowers itself. I have never heard that before. I know that you have to drive it a bit and then it lowers. You want to fill the gap with bigger tires and wheels? You will have the wrong speed on your gauge. Outer diameter of the tire, should not change.

      Tibor Makai letting it sit does the same. I let it sit for another couple hours and it lowered another half inch.
      And ok, the gauge could be off a little bit but that doesn’t matter to me. I’ve had oversized outer diameter wheels on about a dozen of my cars and never had any issues.
