I'm excited. I'll be making this cake for my friend's baby shower. I've never worked with fondant before, but I've been baking pretty consistently for the last 2 years. Wish me luck on trying to re-create this masterpiece!

Hi, Charity. Your Winnie the Pooh cake looks amazing. No one did Pooh Bear better than Sterling Holloway. What's your honest opinion on Winnie the Pooh? Take care of yourself, sweetie.
What fondant brand are you using in this video? I use satin, but mine's is always cracking and tearing. Your's looks easy to work with. Love your tutorials, you make it look so easy.
Hey there! I use my own marshmallow fondant, link to the recipe is in the description box:) If I do buy fondant it usually is satin ice, and I find that if you knead the heck out of it (like for a solid 5-7 mins), and don't roll it too thin when you apply it to the cake, it can help with the tearing. I still struggle with the deeper shades like red and black since they are so concentrated and tend to tear easier, so I feel your pain!!
