Glad you're OK Mr Sean. I fell once when working at the grocery store butcher block by slipping on a wet floor, fell right on my tailbone. Fortunately didn't break but I got out of work for a few days and had to fill out some fun forms. I've also stocked dairy at one point in the past too so I know how slick those cooler floors can get.

Is nice to see you feeling a little bit better. Yes, severe pain will make you faint. Is a body reaction, believe it or not, sort-of to protect itself after a bad injury. The pain will make the blood pressure to drop, causing a chain reaction eventually leading to fainting. In case you lay down on your back, don't stretch your legs because it is more strain for your lower back, just bend them, and put a pillow under. You will feel the difference. Probably you already know this, but just in case. Now, let me mention the bread, it looks really delicious. I actually bought a starter kit. I used a Ball jar in the pst. Wow, you’re opening such a kit?1!! There is a guy in OH who has an excellent sourdough channel. Are you weighing stuff? I gotta whatch back videos. I used new starter tecipe. Put in fennel seeds, just a few, used rye and AP flour. In my fancy new jar with markings on the side, band to mark rising position, and a temp scale…which I haven’t used. Mary fr MaryLand

Glad your better.. accupuncture is an excellent remedy helps relax those muscles to heal faster.
Take it slow & easy no sudden moves..it will take a lot of time to heal.
