Glad you're OK Mr Sean. I fell once when working at the grocery store butcher block by slipping on a wet floor, fell right on my tailbone. Fortunately didn't break but I got out of work for a few days and had to fill out some fun forms. I've also stocked dairy at one point in the past too so I know how slick those cooler floors can get.

Oh No Sean, I’m sorry to hear what you’ve been through. It seems the older we get, the longer it takes for injuries to heal. Take care of yourself and let your body heal right. Don’t re-injure yourself by pushing yourself. Take care!
I cannot believe you can still do the splits!!! 😁 Just kiddin. I know you didn't mean to. I'm glad you're ok, my friend. At least soon you'll have someone checking on you...when I move there lol
Glad you're okay and were close to help when it happened. Being far from help is something I think about as I contemplate moving back out to the boonies. Your bread looks yummy. I have not been baking all summer. Too hot. I'm using my starter for pancakes to keep it alive. Luckily there is a fantastic Baker at the Farmers market. But looking forward to some homemade sourdough again soon.
Oh Sean. I’m sorry. ❤ You’ve got to rest. When we all lived up the mountain off grid. My step dad had to be airlifted out for chest pain. He was fine but it was trauma. We had 3 feet of snow on the ground.
Hi Sean! So very sorry you went thru that experience. It was funny when you explained the split you did. As always you keep your humor. Congrats on your sourdough success! Looks edible for sure! Hope you have a speedy recovery.
Glad you are ok. Sourdough is the best, and it is something I need to follow suit in and start a new starter like you have done. I loved a fresh rosemary and olive sourdough. Keep safe Sean 💓💓💕

Oh jeez Sean, how scary! Glad you’re ok. We do risk it living alone and doing the stuff we do! I’ve been letting friends know when I’m out wood cutting and I never go on ladders alone.
Is nice to see you feeling a little bit better. Yes, severe pain will make you faint. Is a body reaction, believe it or not, sort-of to protect itself after a bad injury. The pain will make the blood pressure to drop, causing a chain reaction eventually leading to fainting. In case you lay down on your back, don't stretch your legs because it is more strain for your lower back, just bend them, and put a pillow under. You will feel the difference. Probably you already know this, but just in case. Now, let me mention the bread, it looks really delicious. ( that's when it looks like you are feeling a little bit better when moving around) Thank you for this video. Take care
@@SeanInAlaska I'm just been nosy now, do you have enough space in the main area where you can make a bedroom or put a murphy bed so you won't have to climb upstairs to the loft?
