you did not clearly show what bga rework profile was used, and that is very critical to doing this safely.

back of the PCB 125C, top of the CPU 175C, slow heating mode to maintain these parameters. Usually 2 minutes total hold.

I fixed this same problem by replacing a failed resistor. That's usually the problem. No need for all of this reflowing.
