    Luv your hair... its cute but you have to admit it feels good to have all Natural hair 100% and not the two types of hair perm and natural hair. Enjoy the journey each phrase of it - hair grows about 1/4 to 1/2 inch/month for most depending on your hair practices and length retention. So that's roughly about 3- 6 inches per year for most- every one is different some may get more growth and some may get less growth. Time will go fast...I have been natural since 2004 and I'm still learning new things. I luv being natural it works for me.

    You look so pretty, this style complements you well. I'm so glad you went all the way natural. I remember watching your growth videos with your relaxer and knew you would eventually go natural lol.

    I did a big chop a few weeks ago because 1. I'm tired of relaxers and 2. Because I wanted to see want my natural texture is because I've been relaxed since I was 3yrs old. I've binge watching your videos to try and figure out what to do with it now to grow it back and have it healthy. Tfs!

    Enjoy your videos. From your last video when you had the blow out, it's really getting long and fast! That's what I notice when people cut out the chemical process. That is the downside though about our hair. It can be super long but when curly it's hard to tell. People are surprised that my hair is long when I flat iron it....because curly it's hitting the shoulder.

    Hi your hair actually looks lovely in a wash an go. I am transitioning so not as brave as you. Looking to big chop in the summer. Could you signpost me to your link on your regime. We are similar in hair type so would like to give it a go and see if it works for me. Thanks!

    Hi, I'm natural now for 3 years now. Do you still promote Hairdrenalin? I had intended on ordering the ingredients so that I could make a batch in addition to the inversion method. My hair just doesn't grow! So I was really excited about the prospect of making this potion and doing the inversion method. Any feedback is welcome.

    Hi! I was just wondering if or when you will do the Inversion Method. When I looked back at your older videos the Inversion Method seemed to have work so well for you. I think you gained like 2 inches in 1 week. I do know how you feel though. I went from long to short hair 4 years ago. I was happy and unhappy at the same time. But I like my hair now and I'll love it when it gets longer.

    • @longandhealthy
      @longandhealthy  9 років тому

      +Ramona Hakeem Idk why I can't get myself to go back to the inversion method. If you've noticed, I rarely go back to ANY of the growth aids I've done. I secretly feel like I have a list of growth aids and techniques that once I try one, I just move on to the next to find something else that works? I'll tell you what. I will do a length check on October 24 and if I see that I will not make my goal length of 9 inches by November 1, I will try the inversion method again for that last week of October to see if it will help get me that extra boost.

    Hi LongNhealthy! So unfortunately I have some unsettling news for you. I don't know what your hair type is but if its 4c you will almost NEVER have your curls hit your shoulders with a wash-n-go even after you reach tailbone length. The only way to see length in our hairs natural state is to do braid or twist outs or over night wash-n-go that stretch the hair. But your regular wash-n-go will forever be tight:(

      +longNhealthy I'm sorry!!! But a good friend of mine who's 5'7" would pull a strands of her bang and it would stretch all the way down to her belly button but still spring back up to her face. Her wash-n-go looks just like yours. You will get use to doing other styles that will show ur length without putting too much tension on ur hair. But either way Sista, your still beautiful!

    I'm just patiently/ not so patiently waiting on the front of my hair to hit my shoulders. The back does, but the front of my hair is like a long bang. I just need that to be shoulder length and I'll be good. I hate wearing my hair down because of the shape of my hair, but I'm definitely not trying to cut anything lol. Btw, at one point you sounded like you were from the islands lol.

    • @longandhealthy
      @longandhealthy  9 років тому

      +SingDea Lol I hear you! The shape of my hair bothers me as well but NO to the scissors! Patience is where we gotta be. (Or not so patientl LOL) And yeah I get I sound like I'm from the islands a lot. Idk where that accent be sneakin in from. Lol.

    • @SingDea
      @SingDea 9 років тому

      longNhealthy We have to hang in there together and get through this phase. Maybe I'll try some silica and MSM pills, but I'm currently living in England and can't find anything like that. Maybe it's all that time in Florida and the mix of accents down there.

    BTW the short style is a problem we all have, and I get that "aint you long yet " I ask myself that question every day, when I trim my transitioned textures every few every months. Just don't have the heart to do the big chop yet. I don't wanna spend any more money than I have to so sticking through this short phase until it;s a length I'm comfortable with. Some actually say when you chop that's when your hair thrives. Did you find this to be true?

    Will you still be using the inversion method or your other hair growth regimes? I'm curious to see the rate/results of the new look.
