COMP 4820 Fall 2024 Lecture 18

Today we continue to focus on using de Bruijn graphs. We'll review (because we last looked at de Bruijn graphs two weeks ago!), look at assignment 4 (where you build an assembler), and then finish up looking at de Bruijn graphs (figuring out how error location induces shapes in a graph, trying to reduce graph size, and measuring memory requirements for graph construction).
