Gearless Right Angle Drive

- A right-angle gearbox is one in which the input shaft and the output shaft meet at a 90o angle. This configuration allows for torque to be transmitted from one axis to a perpendicular axis-using rotation to transfer power.
Right-angle gearboxes are used in numerous types of mechanical designs, including automotive transmissions and industrial applications. Gearboxes are ideal in these settings because they are compact, efficient, reliable, and durable. - Фільми й анімація
Looks legit, wonders what refinement would look like.
Excellent animation!
Thank you
great I can now drive in circles
At low speeds this would be OK, but at speeds more than a thousand rpm, the vibration would destroy he mechanism.
As built, correct. But not if it was properly balanced. The vertical reciprocation could be balanced to reduce hammer as well.
❤❤after long time great👍👍 work bro
Thank you so much 😀
Sir which program you used for making thos video
You reply me please . I want to learn this program very nice program
Significant friction loss compared to gear drives.
Which program you used for making mechnicle video
Seems like a lot of parts and a lot of machining just to replace 2 simple bevel gears, doesn't it? I've built a few right angle boxes for may own use, but I would never spend that much time to do that.
Bevel gears are difficult to make and require specialised equipment. They are only "simple" if they are readily available, whereas this device can be made by anyone with a lathe.
@@grumpybastard5744 ,, 50-100 years ago you don't have access to an industrial supply house or if you are talking about right now, you don't have access to the internet? Really?
@@aeromach2007yeah, but 50-100 years ago (and even more, 19th century) factories did have readily access to lathes. This is super easy to machine on a lathe, as it only requires a casting for the right angle and a pole for it to drive on. Way simpler for 1800’s tech than manufacturing bevel gears
hi
Keeping it simple was not relevant in development of this crap!
