Scott Stone is a heck of a guy! In the fall of 2001, he did an interview for me about FH for a college paper. One of things I remember him saying was that the set always smelled of pancake batter, which was what the glop was made of.
This was so much fun to watch. Thanks for putting it together, Adam! As for a suggestion for the next reunion, if you consider it a game show, I vote for the 90s version of American Gladiators. You could have some of the gladiators and the commentators sharing really cool stories about how that came together.
This reunion put a smile on my face. Great to see these icons sharing so many cool memories. These are really well produced and fill an important gap in the nostalgia community. All the work that goes into them is appreciated!
Thanks so much for watching and for the kind words. Be sure to check out our other reunions (Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego and Shop 'Til You Drop), if you haven't already!
I loved both Fun House game shows, especially the UK version I was able to watch here on UA-cam. I only wish that both game shows would have complete series dvd set releases. I would pay a lot of money to buy just that.
We need a masters of the maze reunion with JD Roth, Mario Lopez, the woman who played the lady of the maze from season one who played the voice of April O’Neil in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon in 1987, the woman who played the daughter of the maze in season two, and possibly The person who played the voice of the mirror man in season two.
Very good job Adam! I loved the 'Memphis' part and your email to the editor. I make videos too, and whenever I have someone do something for me, I always have VERY specific demands, lol. I was honestly hoping for J.D. to announce some sorta Fun House/Masters of the Maze revival, something...... Quiz shows are cool, but I've always loved physical game shows and the ones that we have now, are too 'serious' in my opinion.
This was a AWESOME night! Loved watching it and getting to chat to Scott Stone and JD Roth HIMSELF in the live chat, if Pat Sharp was there, I would of asked him lots of questions about the UK ITV show, which I grew up watching the reruns of on Challenge, if only “Finders Keepers” got one with the UK hosts, Neil Buchanan (who hosted the 1991 TVS Original series) and Jeff Brazier (who hosted the 2006 Foundation revival)
You Have To Interview Glenn Scarpelli From One Day At a Time He Has Done Several Game Shows During The Eighties Family Feud , Fantasy With Peter Marshall
Would love to see you do a Beat the Geeks reunion as well as a squares reunion with all three hosts as well as Shadoe Stevens, Jim J.Bullock, Jeffrey Tambor etc.
I would like to see a reunion of "The New Price Is Right" (1994, syndication) with Doug Davidson (host), Burton Richardson (announcer), the models and maybe composer Edd Kalehoff
A global Double Dare reunion would also be great, with these people: 1.) Marc Summers 2.) Harvey 3.) Dave Shikiar 4.) Robin Mariella 5.) Liza Koshy 6.) Jason Harris 7.) Doc Holliday 8.) UK host Peter Simon 9.) 1st Aussie host Gerry Sont 10.) 2nd Aussie host Tom Jennings

Who's idea was it to change the intro when fun house became fox's fun house? Cause it looked like Jackie & Sammi weren't acting like the way they were in syndication.
I still think that, for season 5, a global TPIR HAH to tie in with the US show's 50th anniversary should happen, at least with these guests: 1.) Drew Carey 2.) George Gray 3.) Rich Fields 4.) Doug Davidson 5.) Burton Richardson 6.) Marco Antonio Regil (of TPIR in Mexico) 7.) Larry Emdur (of TPIR in Australia)

A global Family Feud get-together with Steve Harvey, Richard Karn, John O'Hurley, Gerry Dee (of FF Canada), Grant Denyer (of FF Australia), and Les Dennis (of Family Fortunes) 7.) Jim Peck 8.) Nick Clooney 9.) Jaye P. Morgan 10.) Jamie Farr 11.) Jim Thornton EDIT: Removed Adam Wade realizing he passed away a few weeks ago. May he RIP.
Thank you for the kind words! It all depends on how far in advance we tape the interviews. Ahmad Rashad was a week before it went live. This one was done about 2 months ago and we held it to make it more special, and unique from the main season!
I had a dream last night that I was on the set of fun house & I was trying to ask Jackie & Sammi why they were not introducing the teams anymore & one of them told me that they didn't want to anymore. And told JD Roth that he wasn't being nice to Jackie & Sammi. And that I wished that he stopped hosting fun house cause of the way he treated Jackie & Sammi.
another problem with Fun House was this: Ever since Fox picked up the show for a 3rd season, they put the show on Saturday Mornings instead of 5 Days a Week - Weekdays, but also, (along with NBC's Chipmunks Go to the Movies - The Final Season of Alvin and the Chipmunks) Fox put Fun House against the very 1st season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on CBS Saturday Morning (TMNT was still on syndication for another season) Fun House and The Chipmunks were no match for Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michelangelo, Master Splinter, The Shredder and April O'Neal
Double Dare in 1988-89 in syndication would have done about 195 episodes. WOF does 195 episodes a year still, and Jeopardy did 230 back then and does 230 now.
It would've been an awesome moment if we would see Jackie and Sammi be in the same chat room as Melanie and Martina as well, regardless I hope the 4 of them are doing well
They should do a reboot of fun house this year
So US' J.D. and UK's Pat do know each other!!!! 😲
Awesome!!

Wow This Is Just Too Cool I Can't Wait To See These Guys In Action!
We need a reboot to come back this year!
Yeah Stone should teamed up with Warner Bros. Television Studios the owners of Fun House to make the reboot
@@1Soniccool Maybe Nickelodeon would pick up the rights to make a Fun House game show, it’s like Double Dare.
I think Cartoon Network would be more logical. As Time Warner owns Fun House.

They did.

Would LOVE to do an American Gladiators reunion but sadly with Mike Adamle not being in the proper shape to do it, I think I may leave that one alone.
