I have an Honor 8x and I absolutely love it, this phone is basically the most wholesome package that one can get in this price segment. Kirin 710, 4 GB ram, Dedicated sd card slot with dual 4G VOLTE support, and the rear camera is the best and the front camera is one of the best in the segment. And the display, ohh the stunning 6.51 inch display. When it comes to build quality, this device is genuinely beautiful and really sturdy too even with the glass back. About software, I'm an avid stock android fan, but this is the first time I've liked a custom UI, EMUI is great, it's full of features, it does have bloatware but you can uninstall many of those apps plus it's super smooth and btw you have an option to enable app drawer. I just love my phone.

I bought my iPhone 7 for like 950$, and his honor 8x was just for 295$, I'm beginning to lose hope with apples, I feel android is indeed underrated, I'm definitely changing and I will get the Honor 10x

@donavan arulthas I think that big screen and camera is better on Honor. And also, on Honor, Huawei has better applications and better experience with the operating system. It has unlocked screen with the front camera that is wonderful and more thinks better than Xiaomi Experience

due an upgrade... ive had a samsung note 2 for nearly 5 or 6 years... its been battered and bruised... i actually got it pre 4G so my internet is super slow lol almost non existent in most places... phones been dropped in a swimming pool... revived it with a bowl of rice lol... but im due an upgrade now and I think im going to go for the honor 8x.... I am more of a practical guy, hence having the same phone for 5 bluddy years lol... but battery life, camera and storage are key for me... memories, storing memories and having a phone that is there for emergencies and not dying out so easily is much needed... so I think this is my choice or the next 5 years lol cant afford or justify paying £500+ for a device that pretty much does the same as all the other phones and if it gets lost stolen or damaged £200 is a alot of money but i wont lose any sleep over it... thanks for the review, really good video... dont do insta or FB... im a twitter guy so i will unfortunately miss the give away... good luck guys... I have this phone and I can honestly say it is one of the best phones I have and like I’ve owned Samsung and apple products before. This is such great money for the phone as what it can do is OUTSTANDING I love it to pieces. Also the battery life can last for DAYS , i still haven’t charged it since 2 nights ago and it’s still on 20 % and I do use mines a lot for social media and photos

I have been using an Honor 10 since the last 4 months. And the only drawback *ONLY* I am constantly facing is that the speakers are not as loud as they are in some other phones at this range. Last phone was a s8+ and it was a beast at the speaker thing but again just wanted to move from Samsung.

To me it's not really a deal breaker... It's only a usb type... Doesn't affect performance. If you take the other elements of this phone you'll find its 100℅ worth it
i don't know about the kirin processor, but it's probably not that bad. only issue for me is the camera, i use that more than anything. but i'll keep my pixel 2.
