Storyline waz intetesting bt i m disappointed by Ushna's acting. I mean the soul tht needed in this character waz nil .It seems she is practising in front of the mirror.Her expressions were zero. She has to work hard fr intense roles n her accent .Rest congrats to the whole team bt Ushna waz nt suitable fr this role

The two lovers could not meet each other alive but met after death. Really heart touching story. Soul merged with soul. Had heard from our elders about the situation of 1947, how Hindu Muslims and Sikhs had killed each other. Really heart wrenching.
Muslims did not kill anyone, they were a minority as compared to hindus, and even after british rule was over, Muslims were not able to practice their religion freely.
But biggest loss came in part of pakistan.as Hindus n Sikhs organized massacre against Muslims..

I was not expecting this ending. But what a beautiful depiction of true love against the backdrop of the biggest movement of humans. I teach the partition story to my students and it’s a grim tragedy of how poor planning and haste led to the waste of so many. My own in laws helped Hindu neighbours flee (successfully) to reach India. I’m so glad they were able to help. All praise to Allah. Hats off to superb direction, screen play and execution. Please enable subtitles as a non native speaker of Urdu, it will help understand fully.

Affan is underplaying as usual and so much in his character, lost and grieved, Ushna is so so amazing and dialogue delivery is also like partition era-40’s time, her dress, her look everything is classic.❤❤❤❤❤Ushna and👏👏👏👏Affan superb, want to see this jodi in a drama, hope someone cast them together
Incredible!!! What a performance by Ushna Ji and Affan Ji! A whole movie in 16 minutes! My family are from Lahore so did not have to make the journey by train during the partition. We also didn't have relatives on the other side of the Radcliff line. But I have heard tell of the trains that arrived on both sides filled with blood and humans cut down before their time. May Allah give them all peaceful sleep as they suffered enough in life. Ameen!
Yes my mother and father in law are from Sargodha in Pakistan they were neighbours n wen they arrived in India only the biggie carrying my mother in law had ppl alive she was hidden under something by her mom 💔😭 she was a Punjabi hindu , lived n died in India but her heart was left behind in that small village in Sargodha ...i cried watching this film hats off affan and ushna 💕

I cry my heart out each time I recall the incidents told by my father who lost his mother and brother in Lahore during the partition, he was in Allahabad in a boarding school along with his father who was the station master there and hence got saved. Loved the story and the acting, made me cry again.

This also tells us how much people sacrifice on that time. Millions of people with different horrible stories and sacrifice of their loved ones. Many true love stories left incomplete. No words to express my feelings 💔

Beautifully depicted the story what people from both the countries suffered during partition. That horrible situation could had prevented if the partition was planned properly and people were given time to relocate themselves. I visted to historical museum of partition in Amritsar last month and It was depressing to saw what had possibly happened during partition. Lakhs of innocent people lost their lives. May waheguru bless them all and even my maternal grandparents came from Pakistan.

This short film has an empowering impact on the audience. Watched several times and saddened me a lot while over thinking this the whole day. The story touches the upper limits of emotions. Suggested this to my family and they also watched it and now we are praising the whole scenes throughout the day. Sometimes i think we are blessed to have such actors.

I am from Punjab and my grand father was very young when he came to India from Lahore. Stop judging my friend and you are no one to question me anything. It was not a partition of borders, but a partition of our hearts, of our unity & very spirit!
The worst thing is that this partition yet has left it's communal effects upon us!
I just wish that at least we now move on from these communal elements, which are present in the both nations, & live a harmonious live!

Feeling sad for Nago who lived 74 years in misery without her family, haveli & love of her life . 💔💔 really heart wrenching. She just died same day and saw him waiting for her at the station. 💔😭
Loved their acting, dialogues & the film thoroughly, I am so captivated 🙂 also reminded me of Drama Dastaan which was equally beautiful yet heart wrenching.

Watching for 3rd time, and i am just in love with this ❤. Affan & Ushna 's acting is behind the word Amazing. Mohsin Talat the magician once again catch us in his magic, the Direction, Cinematography is 10/10 . Radain Shah's Each and every dialogue is so powerful with so many emotion which is beautifully delivered by Ushna & Affan. At last , the OST used in this video Jawad Hyder 's voice and lyrics and the way it is used in video is Superb ❤.
