Ingredients to make Dal Palak (3-4 members)
Toor dal - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 8 cloves
Onion - 1 medium size
Tomato - 1
Spinach (Palak) - 2 bunch
Pinch of turmeric
Red chilli powder - 3/4 tbsp
Green chillies - 2
Salt as per taste
