Driving of about 13 km in the Lower Galilee near The Sea of Galilee, also Kinneret, Lake of Gennesaret, or Lake Tiberias. The ride starts in Samakh Junction that is on Highway 92 and it ends in Ami'ad Junction that is on Highway 85.

It was not long ago that I discovered your site and immediately subscribed to it.
I had the chance to be in Israel twice: from February 1975 to February 1976 and from April 1978 to July 1978.
I have dreamed for forty years with being able to go there one more time before my time is due but chances are I won’t make it.
Thanks to your posts I have the possibility to enjoy once more the one I consider my country. I set the video at 1080p and watch your footages from start to end in my 32” monitor… It feels just shy of being there… It’s so real thanks to the magic of Internet…

Last December I drove around the Lake Galilee, but I didn't drive to the deep East from the lake. I guess there might be heavy military fortress there or they may not allow us to drive thru. The other side like Tiberias was blocked by many resorts.

Sorry for the questions but I never visited Israel (only went to Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Russia, Norway and some other cold places)and I would like to know if possible :
1) the temperature is high !? I have aneurysm brain and I had an hemorrhagic rupture being 32 days in coma and survived for miracle! I need control blood pressure and avoid hot places so, I would like to know how is the temperature in Israel
2) Does exists vegan restaurants there ? I am vegan and is very hard to find some strict vegans restaurant some places
Sorry for the questions but thinking soon as possible visit this amazing holy place

Thank you very much! The temperature in Israel is very high in summer, in the summer there are many days that the temperature is above 40 degrees Celsius. Usually in winter, the temperature is less than 20 degrees, but you have to check with the metrological service. In Israel there are many vegans. I think that every big city has vegan restaurants. By the way, I'm vegan too, but I do not eat in restaurants ...

על גלגלים On Wheels חשבתי שכביש 6 הוא חוצה ישראל

כביש 6 הוא כביש חוצה ישראל. כביש 90 עובר לכל אורכה אבל סמוך לגבול המזרחי ולכן הוא מקשר בין מעט ישובים. למעשה כביש 90 הוא מס' רב של כבישים שקראו להם כביש 90 והוא גם לא כביש מהיר. כביש 6 עובר לאורך המדינה באזורים היותר מיושבים (בין המזרח למערב) והוא כביש מהיר אחד ללא פניות, צמתי ורמזורים. זה ההבדל.
