Is it not supposed to be C:18:2,:w6,9
While is it that the two positions acquired by double bond in C- system was mentioned but not in omega

Coconut oil has medium chain saturated fatty acids.. They are readily absorbed and used by tissues.. Not harmful in consumed in small amount
