That surely looks good. I don't eat much wild game, but I'm interested in how to prepare it. Actually, I love to see any cooking recipes and/or methods common to South Louisiana. I'm from NE Louisiana, and the foods and cooking is a totally different culture to a large degree. I enjoy your video's and hope you'll continue to grow and expand! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Great job Joey. You're turning into one heck of a chef. I'm not a duck hunter, but I bet that recipe would be good using venison. Anywho, gonna give it a try. Thanks for taking the time to make and share your videos.
That looks awesome but Memere Laboufe made the best tasting wild duck I ever ate can't compare to yours which I did not taste great video keep them great videos coming keeps this 71 year old going may God bless you and family.
Looks great. I cut mine up in small strips in the beginning so the blood comes out quicker. Most meat tenderizers are citric acid and you dont have to have so much garlic if you dont want strong garlic. Great vid.
Looks sooooooo yummy! 😋
Tastes better than it looks

I'm a cajun from Southeast Louisiana and would like to see you pot roast some ducks served over rice. Cooking the ducks whole.
I've never had duck and been waiting to try it
I used to not like it. But I’ve found ways to enjoy it!
Just made this for dinner and it was off the chain! Great recipe!

Coming from a person that’s never had the opportunity to try duck 🦆 before that absolutely looks amazing delicious 🔥 😋
Tip from 👨🍳 Craig, add some coconut flakes to the panko.
