I'd suggest getting some R8 collets that directly grip your endmills. That way they will be shorter and more rigid. The lower the machine head, the more rigid. That looks like a pretty useful machine.

Why are you using WD40 as lubrication?

Wd40 works great on aluminium, however not so great on steel but it was all I had, and it’s better then nothing. 😂
