This recipe is not only simple, but amazing!. Its super easy and a huge hit every time I make them.
I got tried of paying an arm and a leg at the stores and learned to make them myself.

What you'll need:
Strawberries
Chocolate chips ( I like a mix of dark chocolate and milk chocolate)
Crisco
Parchment Paper
Sheet pan
Spoon
Paper towel or drying cloth
Glass bowel
Cooking pot
water
Instructions:
Wash your strawberries and lay them to dry
cut your parchment paper to fit your sheet pan
add water to your large cooking pot. About an inch tall.
add in your glass bowl
turn heat on low
add in about 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
add in teaspoon of crisco
Stir your chocolate for about 1 minute
as the chocolate mets add in more
approx 2/3 cups total.
****completely fine to add more in if you're making alot of strawberries. but I like to work with small amounts and add in more chocolate chips as needed
Once your chocolate runs from your spoon youre ready to start dipping your strawberries
Grab them by the leaves or stems and dip in your chocolate
once the fruit is covered, let the access chocolate dip off and lay on the lined sheet pan to harden
once your sheet is full, add it to your fridge for 15 -30 minutes for the chocolate to harden. Def fine to keep in longer
Serve cold so your chocolate doesn't melt!
