Sorry I lost my voice so no talking but everything you need to know is down below…
    Crispy Wingstop style wings
    INGREDIENTS:
    • 3 lbs of wing sections
    • ½ stick of sweet cream butter unsalted
    • ½ cup Franks RedHot buffalo wing sauce
    • 1/3 cup of Kinders lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1/3 cup buttery garlic & herb seasoning
    • ¼ cup of Kinders buttery buffalo seasoning
    • ½ fresh lemon juice
    • ¼ cup of garlic powder
    • ¼ cup of onion powder
    • ¼ cup of coarse pepper
    • ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 oz of chopped scallions
    • 2 tbsp of all purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
    • 16 oz of canola oil
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Clean & pat dry wing sections.
    2. Place wings on a cooking rack (with a tray beneath) and allow to air chill in fridge for at least 2+ hours.
    3. Preheat canola oil.
    4. After 2+ hours place dried wings in a large mixing bowl.
    5. Add flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, and coarse pepper. Mix thoroughly.
    6. Carefully add wings to hot oil.
    7. Fry wings (flip halfway during the cook) until an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
    8. Place cooked wing on a tray lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
    9. Divide wings into 3 mixing bowls.
    10. Place 1 tbsp of room temperature butter in two of the mixing bowls.
    11. In the bowl without butter add buffalo sauce, toss, and sprinkle with Kinders buttery buffalo seasoning.
    12. In the 2nd bowl with butter add Kinders lemon pepper seasoning & toss until the butter full covers all the wings. It should have a glossy finish, if not keep mixing. The butter should not be visible.
    13. In the 3rd bowl with butter add Kinders buttery garlic &herb blend. Mix thoroughly and garnish with Parmesan cheese & scallions.
    14. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

    Potato skins
    INGREDIENTS:
    • 4 large russet potatoes
    • 1 cup of shredded Colby jack cheese
    • 5-6 slices of cooked bacon chopped
    • 1/3 cup of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
    • 4 tbsp of ranch or sour cream
    • 2-3 tbsps of olive oil
    • 2 tbsp of salt
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees standard bake/ 325 degrees conventional bake.
    2. Soak your potatoes in white vinegar diluted water for at least 30 minutes to remove any dirt or residue.
    3. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
    4. Once they are completely dry drizzle with olive oil and salt.
    5. With a fork or knife poke hole in potatoes to prevent the potatoes from exploding in your oven. TRUST ME! It has happened to me in the past.
    6. Place potatoes in an oven safe pan and bake for 1 hour or until fork tender.
    7. Allow them to cool until you can handle them safely with your hand. They should still be warm!
    8. Cut potatoes in half and hallow out ¼ of the middle part of the potatoes.
    9. Season with Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning.
    10. Add cheese and bacon crumbles to the hallowed part of potato half.
    11. Roast potatoes skins until cheese is completely melted.
    12. Allow potato skins to cool for 5-10 mins.
    13. OPTIONAL* once cooled garnish with ranch or sour cream & scallions.
    14. Enjoy!
